Chief Executive Officer of IDEA, Mr. Habeck is responsible for all
professional and administrative teams. During the past five
years, Mr. Habeck has significantly expanded the risk management and
emergency management professional services staff. His areas of
expertise are decision processing, team development, strategic
planning, business development, business and systems assessment,
systems applications, systems integration, and risk and emergency
management.

DR. MURRAY G. HAMILTON, PhD
CBRNE Science Consultant

Dr.
Hamilton, Director, Rocky Mountain Center for Homeland Defense, brings
over 25 years of experience in the field of environmental toxicants,
nerve agents, and chemical decontaminants for warfare agents. His
research endeavors include counteracting the toxic effects of specific
threat toxins, like botulinuum toxin and saxitoxin.

DR. DENVER ROOPCHAND, PhD

Dr.
Roopchand is a senior level risk manager with a strong background in
the development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative risk
identification, assessment, and prioritization tools. He has
experience as a member of the mobile rapid response team of specialists
assembled by Department of Homeland Security to assess the effects of
and response to Hurricane Katrina on critical infrastructure and key
asset facilities.

Mr.
Donahe has over 20 years experience in crisis planning and directing
response operations. He has experience with earthquakes,
wildfires, floods, and other natural disasters. In addition, he
has developed and executed plans and exercises for special events and
weapons of mass destruction scenarios.

DR. HASSAN MASHHADI
Dir. International Sales and Marketing

Dr.
Mashhadi has managed programs at national and international level for
over 27 years. He has been Director- General of Foreign Press
Dept. Ministry of Information, Director- General of Interpretation and
Translation Dept. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Head of the
delegation to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva dealing with
international security, arms control and disarmament. In addition, Mr.
Mashhadi is a member of Advisory Group of Environmental Emergencies of
the United Nations and has been teaching response planning and
management to nearly 100 countries.

DR. STEPHEN F. BROWNE

Dr.
Browne is an expert on Communications for public safety agencies and to
Police, Fire, and Sheriff Departments. As Executive Manager of Safety
for Technology and Operations, Dr. Browne was responsible for upgrading
Denver’s Police, Fire, and Sheriff Departments communications,
information, and telephone systems.

Ms. Blair brings over 40 years experience in Human

Training Development. She has worked

workplace performance. She has led innovation for design and delivery of
learning initiatives for national and international projects.

ROBERT A. GROW

Mr.
Grow has a wide variety of military and industrial experience in
document and records management, workflow development, and knowledge
management. Mr. Grow developed the processes and implemented AHM’s
powerful data library, PREMIS, that provides planning and management
capabilities to dramatically strengthen incident planning and
management. Mr. Grow has applied his expertise in crisis control center
planning, emergency evacuation planning, business continuity planning,
risk management, crisis, and disaster recovery management.

Mr.
Duchaine is an Information Systems Executive Consultant with a balanced
business and technical foundation. He has had successful
assignments in building high powered organizations, strategic planning,
